		Information Builders' WebFOCUS enterprise BI Suite (EBIS) provides comprehensive, integrated business intelligence and reporting functionality. WebFOCUS reduces the total cost of deploying business intelligence on a broad scale, while allowing companies to standardize on a single BI and reporting solution.
		XpertUniverse has partnered with IBM for Hosting and Services for XpertSHARE. As an IBM partner, XpertUniverse can engage IBM Global Services to work with large organizations where the deployment of XS Enterprise Exchange, or large installations of XS Customer Care are required.
		Cisco is a Channel Partner for XpertUniverse, making XpertSHARE available to the Cisco client base where most appropriate. Joint discussions have already taken place at several Fortune 500 clients. XpertUniverse values Cisco's innovative thinking and agility.
		Synapsell has created a new process called Synaptic Selling, a premise revolving around the principals that Buyers today have changed. Buyers have changed. Today they are extremely well informed.
